We are using Outlook in it's Corporate or Workgroup mode. Over a long period
of time we are migrating from Office 2000 to Office 2003. Users may use a
machine with either Office version on. At the moment we are finding that when
a user uses an Outlook 2003 machine for their first domain logon their
Outlook 2000 profile is (understandably) not configured [ we use newprof
which fails on Outlook 20003] and then when they use an Outlook 2000 machine
they do not get access to their mailbox without configuring a profile - which
they don't know how to do.
Are there known issues with interworking or better still any known
workarounds.
