When I need to edit the out of office assistant (OOA) message, I need to have
a calendar in front of me. Problems 1) you can't open OOA from the calendar
view, 2) Even if I have the calendar open in a seperate window, I cannot
browse it while OOA is open. OOA locks me out of any outlook operations
while it is open.
So I have to do my calendar research ahead of time and write it down, or
arrange windows so that the calendar peeks out behind the inbox window.
So in short, the problem could be solved if OOA did not keep me from using
other outlook features while it was open.
