I insert as usual image in Word.
Which resolution use Word - or how does it work if I insert image with
resolution 96*96 DPI, size 606*170 px?
The image is from Word automaticaly set on size H 75% W 75%

version of Word, and image format? There are certain types of images
which do not have an explicit resolution (ISTR that GIF is among these,
for instance).

Usually, when you insert an image as an inline object, Word honors the
image size. Unless it cannot fit the picture into the area available at
the insertion point. This might be page size (or table cell) – margins.
If the picture does not fit, Word reduces its size until it fits.
