working with Net Folders

I'm using Outlook 2000 and I want to use Net Folders to share my contacts
with my wife's computer.

My problem is that when I send the invitation e-mail to her, it doesn't
display the Accept buttons. I've done a lot of reading and it seems that both
computers need to be in CW (corporate workgroup) mode. They are.

I've also read that the e-mails need to be sent in Rich text format. They
are being sent but they are not being read in rich text. they are being read
in html format everytime.

For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to get this thing working.

If anyone knows what is going on, or has a different solution for sharing a
contacts folder across computers, please let me know.
