When a Mac Office 2004 computer has a document or other file open it gives
our Office 2003 people this error.
"This Document name or path is not valid
* Check the file permissions for the document or drice.
* Use the file open dialog box to locate the document"
When the Mac Office 2004 closes the document the Office 2003 users can open
that document again. So for some reason I am thinking the Mac users aren't
allowing the Windows users to use the read-only feature. When a mac user has
the document open Other mac users can open the document in read-only mode.
If anyone has any information it would be helpful I have been looking for a
solution for awhile, and have been unlucky to find one.
