I have a resource who is on two seperate schedules.
The first schedule tracks his actual work by having him report his daily
hours in the timephased view.
The second schedule has him reporting by using percent complete.
The owner of the first schedule is his boss and tracks every hour the
resource works. By using percent complete his boss isn't getting accurate
hours because of percent complete. I'm trying to figure out how to handle
this. Should I take the task the resource is assigned to and have the owner
of the first schedule put it in their schedule so that he can continue to
track by actual hours worked? If so, what of the other resources I have
assigned to that task? Not sure the best approach to solving this dilema.
Is it best when linking schedules together that they all have the same
reporting of prograss method?
