Working with project versions

Hi all

when i try to compare two versions of a project from "compare projet versions"
tool bar "compare project versions" item is in disabled mode and there by i
am unable to compare between different versions of a project

can anyone please suggest me how to go about this

Are you trying to compare two versions of the same project, or two different
projects?

Versions have the same name with different extensions, such as
ProjectName.Published, ProjectName.Version1, etc.

You might try to go to Help/About Microsoft Office Project, click on the
Disabled Items... button and check to see if the compare tool has been
disabled for some reason.

Hi

I tired cheking the Diabled Items in "Help/About Microsoft Office Project"
and there no disabled items in the list

i tyring to comapre same project with two versions i.e. Project.Published
and Project.Version

can any suggest how to solve this problem
