Working with resource initials.

Hey.

I am just wondering if there is some way to change the
formula for the resource initials. Now it is working like
this. name: kate -> initials: k. I wuold like it to work
like name: kate -> initials: ka.

I don't think there's any way to change the way MSProject "guesses" the
initials when you add a new resource, but you can manually edit the initials
for any resource if you don't like MSProject's guess.
