Works 2000

I receive an error MSWR832.cnv when i try yo convert a
word document(*.doc) to works 2000(*.wps). I have looked
for converters for this and all I have found is *.wps to
*.doc. I have ME for my OS. Does anyone know this one?
Puzzling???
