Works 7.0 error message

Please help decipher problem of following message when
starting Microsoft Works 7.0 Word Processor:

The ordinal 309 could not be located in the dynamic
library LTKRN13N.dll.

Win XP Home. I have install Frontpage 2003 on this
computer and then removed to go back to 2002 if this
makes any difference?

newsgroup. This one is for Word.
