Works 95

I have databases created in Works 95 ver 4.5 with many fields. In the form view near the bottom of the screen, there are multiple distorted lines that obscure the view of the data. Microsoft sent me a patch back in 1997 that fixed the issue. Due to a OEM Restore on my hard drive, the problem has returned. Can anyone offer any solutions.
