Works add-in for Word

Is there anyone out there who is running Windows XP and the Works suite and
has not yet uninstalled the Works add-in for Word?

I am looking for a screen shot of the relevant Windows > control panel > add
& remove programs entry to illustrate a web page tutorial to cover its
removal to eliminate the multiple mail merge entry issue. Unfortunately -
perhaps not - I have never had this particular package so I cannot create
my own screen shot.
