Works Suite Link for Word

At the advice of someone here I took out the link because it was interfering
with some of my normal Word uses.

Are they working on fixing the bugs and how can I find out if they do?

You are referring to the Works Suite Add-in? No, it won't be fixed for
previous versions. It may be fixed for the next version of Works Suite that
included Word 2003. I don't know when that will be though as Works Suite
2004 still includes Word 2002.
