Any problems with Works Suites and Microsoft Office on the same computer?

Works Word processor needs to be saved as RTF Rich Text Format to be opened
in Word.
The Works ADD ON for Word Does cause various problems with Word but it can
be uninstall using ADD/Remove Programs Control Panel
