Works vs Word

I have Windows XP and have the Works 2000 that comes with
it... my question is, does that mean that my word
processor documents are being done in Word 2000? I have
not been able to find what version or program it is
exactly that comes in Works 2000.

If you have just Works, you have the Works Word Processor, which is not
Word. If you have Works Suite, then the word processor is Word. This is
actually pretty easy to determine. When you're using the word processor,
does the title bar say Microsoft Word or Microsoft Works?

Vas dans Works, clique sur 'aide' suivi par 'propriétés'

Moi, j'ai aussi Works 2001 version 6 avec Word mais la version Word n'est
rien à coté du Word avec XP.

Il y en a tellement de versions qu'on peut commencer de parler des
'connaisseurs' de Word.
