works word processor doesn't launch

I try launching the works word processor and this message
appears, works cannot access one or more files it needs
to run the word processor. The files may have been
renamed, deleted, or moved. Try reinstalling works, and
then starting the program again. I have reinstalled and
it did not make a difference. What do I do?
