How can you switch data from Micsoft Works to Excel

Works for Mac or Works for Windows? Which version - 2.0, 3.0, 4.0... ?

Your best bet is to open the files in Works if you still have it available
then Save As in a compatible format. It's likely that formulas will be
converted to their numerical results & you may lose formatting & graphics,
but those issues will vary depending on what file types are offered.

The PC version of Excel may be able to open the files (again, depending on
which version of Works) in which case you can save directly to Excel format.

If there are many & it's worth a modest investment you may want to consider
purchasing a conversion program. MacLink Plus Deluxe is one of the best:
