Worksheet Atchments

Hello,

Can any one tell me how I can create an attachment for one work sheet
and not the whole workbook.
I have a workbook with five sheets and only want to email one of
them.

Copy one worksheet to a new workbook, delete the other worksheets in that
new book and email it or
use VBA
