Worksheet formatting

I prepared a form in Excel 2000 for a client who has the
2002 version. Whether I e-mail it or give it to him on
diskette, the margin at the bottom of the page is
increased by about an inch. This appears in print preview
and when the form is printed. All margins are set
correctly, there is no view issue like shrink to fit page;
it looks and prints fine on my pc. Client is using a
laptop. All the other margins (which are not the standard
ones-I modified them all) are as they should be. Help!
Thanks.

It sounds like a difference between your printer and your
client's printer. Print preview displays what your form
will look like based on the printer you have assigned
(your default printer). Your clients's default printer
may allow more lines per page than yours. Printing
differences occur frequently between laser and inkjet
printers.
