Worksheet headers

Is there a way to change the column header from the
letters to any typed in name?

Thank you

Hi Peter!

No. You can type in a row of names in Row 1 and hide the Row and
Column headers using Tools > Options > View. Not generally recommended
as it confuses with formulas but there are situations where you might
use the approach.

Thank you for the suggestion. It will probably work for
what I want to do because formulas will not bee involved.

Hi Peter!

No problem with that then.

Just remember to restore the Row and Column headers especial if
someone else uses the computer.
