Worksheet-level names

I created a template worksheet and named a few cells and
ranges. How can I copy this worksheet into new worksheets
and keep the names references at the worksheet level.

I tried the following in the naming box: Sheet1!Cellname.
When i copied once in the other worksheet it works fine
however it doesn't work if i copy more than once.
Would anyone have a clue?

Try this.

Open both workbooks, then |Window|Arrange so that both are visible at the
same time. Double click the sheet tab you want to copy to the new workbook,
and while holding the control key, drag it to the other workbook. This
should copy sheet and the names.
