worksheet problem

Hi everyone...
I need to know if its possible to save a worksheet to another worksheet
without saving the formulas, just values (and the format of the cells )

I am not sure what you mean, do you mean copy over the values and formats
from one worksheet to another? Select the range you want to copy (if you
want to copy the whole sheet you can do that by right clicking the sheet tab
and selecting move or copy), copy it, select the destination, do paste
special and select values and number formats.. If you copy the whole sheet,
when you have done it, select the whole sheet, copy it, do edit>paste
special and select values and number formats.
