Hi All!
I am trying to convert Customer data, predominantly pricing info, from one
or more rows of data for each customer to one row for each Customer.
Here is a brief layout of what i'm looking to do with made up info:
CustNum PData1 PData2 PData3
100 A1 A2 A3
200 B1 B2 B3
200 C1 C2 C3
300 A1 A2 A3
300 D1 D2 D3
CustNum PData1.1 PData1.2 PData1.3 PData2.1 PData2.2 PData2.3
100 A1 A2 A3
200 B1 B2 B3 C1 C2 C3
300 A1 A2 A3 D1 D2 D3
We have > 1000 Customers & many customers have > 30 items. Prices in our
industry change frequently, so hand-keying the data each time multiple prices
change up or down is not efficient.
Getting the raw data is very easy from our server into Excel (Office 2007),
or Access if that is better.
Any ideas are welcome, as we have no experience in Macros/VB at this point.
Thanks!
