Worksheet "slideshow" in Excel

I have a workbook that is designed to record the scores in an Lawn Bowls
Tournament. It is visually designed to project the results on to a screen or
TV set.
I wish to be able to cycle thru some of the sheets (like a powerpoint
presentation) using timings.
Say, Sheet5, Sheet7, Sheet8 etc. displaying for say 30 secs and then looping
back to Sheet5 to start again and clicking escape to cancel the procedure.
The sheets all have names eg. Sheet5 is ("Update 1")
I am using Excel 2000 but would like it compatible with 2007
