Worksheet/Workbook Comparison

Is there a way to compare two worksheets/workbooks for
similarity? We have two workbooks on two different
machines and want to compare them for features, etc.
Where different, note those differences, etc.....

Cell by cell comparison? A1 with A1, B99 with B99, x2323 with x2323?
