i would like to switchover between the two worksheets of
file by using the shortcut key.

e.g when we open new file there is three worksheets i
want move between the sheets by using shortcut keys not
using the mouse.

Ctrl + PageDown moves down a sheet and Ctrl + PageUp moves up.

or CTRL-F6 to move between documents (works in all Office apps I have used)

If you want to move between worksheet within the same workbook use
[CTRL]+[Page Up] or [Page Down] key combinations. Hold the [Ctrl] key
down and press the [Page Up] to go a worksheet to the left and [Page
Down] to go a worksheet to the right.
