Worksheets within a Workbook

I'm a PC user sending Excel 2002 workbooks to a client. He only sees
the first worksheet and cannot open the other worksheets within the
workbook. Is there a secret to being able to see the other worksheets
within a workbook in the MAC 2004 version? I have tabs for each
worksheet on the bottom of my workbook. Does it work the same in the
MAC version? Anyone have any ideas what I could ask him to try?
Thanks once again.

Yes it should work the same in the Mac versions. Could the Workbook be
displayed "too large" for the screen? See if things get better through the
"Zoom Window" item in the "Window" menu. Or see if the "Sheet Tab" checkbox
in the "Preferences" "View" tab is checked...

How are you "sending" the files? Not all modes of transport preserve
multiple sheet format, so anything beyond the top sheet may be getting
dropped. If the other user can only see the tab for one sheet, this may be
the case. One thing to have him try is Format>Sheet>UnHide, just in case the
other sheets are there but simply hidden for some reason.

On the other hand, if he can see the other tabs but clicking them won't make
them active, there is probably some other problem involved. First
possibility is to ask him if all tabs appear to be selected. If so, have him
click the tab with the bold name to delect the other sheets.

Otherwise please post more info.

You might also ask him to do a windows-arrange to force the sheet to the
screen size. Perhaps the tabs were just not visible at the bottom.
