I am creating a new project workspace template. I generally rename the
fields to suit client standard. In this case I also changed the
formula for “Exposure” so that it returned Red, Amber, or Green and
changed its field type to single line text (rather than numeric). I
renamed the field “RAG Status”. As you might expect the Wss_Risk
table in Reporting database did not handle the text value- it expects
a numeric. So I returned the RAG Status field back to its original
state (name = exposure) and added a new field which I called RAG
Status to present Red, Amber, Green status. Everything works fine
except on the view item form I see two fields called “RAG Status”.
Other views show the correct column heading (Exposure and RAG
Status). How do I correct this without re-building a complicated
template from scratch?
Thanks
