WPS 2007 Queue hanging

Hello,
All jobs in the queue are in "Waiting to be Processed (Sleeping)" state.
In the SharePoint logs, all have the same message : "The RDS message
will go to sleep because a RDB Refresh is in progress.".
I've restarted both processes (Event et Queue) but it don't work, retry is
also unsuccessful.
All is blocked. Does somebody have an idea before I reinstall ? and what is
RDB refresh ?

If you are running pre-IU version of the application, it may not be obvious
to you that you may have jobs stuck in the getting enqueued state. Go to the
Queue management page and expand the Advanced Options section and make sure
that the checkbox for "Cancel Jobs Getting Enqueued" is selected. Then
cancel any jobs stuck in that state.

Thanks Gary,

First, what means pre-IU ?

Second, I've canceled all jobs as you advise me (just 2 jobs "Failed But Not
Blocking Correlation" remain).
But new jobs hang with the same message. But I noticed that only "project"
queue type is hanging, not "timesheet" queue type.
For information "project" and "timesheet" queue types have the same settings.

A new idea ?
