.wps and .lwp documents are opening in code

Can not open WordPerfect and Lotus WordPro documents in
Microsoft Word 2002 for my client.

Please provide me a solution or workaroung if you have,
ASAP. Many Thanks.

Word can't open WordPro docs at all, unfortunately. It should be able to
open WordPerfect documents, but you may have to give it a hint. Check
"Confirm conversion at Open" on the General tab of Tools | Options so that
you'll have a chance to tell Word it's dealing with a WP doc.
