Wrap gone wacky

Usually if I select whole workbook, and select wrap text, everything goes
smooth. Other times, though things just don't wrap. Any help appreciated.

I don't remember the previous post, but can you tell if there's any
consistency between the times things go "wacky" and the times they go
smooth?

No JE, no consistency.
I have small file, just trashed it and started over.

I could e mail this file with wrap problem to you, if possible.
