I'm creating a newsletter using linked text boxes. In newsletters, magazines,
etc., one sometimes sees a key phrase or sentence displayed in an
eye-catching floating "highlight" box around which the main article wraps. I
hope this makes sense. When I created my template with columns, I was able to
create the "highlight" box using a simple text box. However, I decided to go
with linked text boxes instead because my newsletter is too complicated for
columns. How do I get the text in my main article text box to wrap around the
overlapping "highlight" text box? The Advanced Layout properties have an
Allow Overlap checkbox, and I have this checked, but I can't imagine why
anyone would want to allow text boxes to overlap if there's no way to get the
text in them to wrap around other text boxes. I'm fairly savvy with Word and
how text wrapping works, so I'm quite stumped. I appreciate any help!
