Wrap text on Merged cells

When I format a cell (merged) to wrap text, the text wraps
but does no increase the row height, therefor you are
unable to view the entire contents of the cell.

Any reason or fix??

Wrap text works on merged cells. Autoheight does not. You can resize
manually or via Macro. Jim Rech has written code for this.
