Write Conflict with Save Record

I've created a hardware form(frmHardware). I've made it so that if any of the fields are changed, say Ram goes from 512 to 1024, it updates the comment field. This is all done when the person hits the Save record button. Every time I do this, it gives me the write conflict error. Is there any way around this error? Am I doing something wrong? Any information/tips would be appreciated. Thanks.
