writing text of html

O

occidental tourist

I have a page that has links and pictures and I'm trying to ge
microsoft word to write the html for that so I can save it as text (e.g
<ahref="http://www.url.com">linked text</a>) just copying and the
pasting as text simply dumps the links. I thought Word could do that
but I'm having to laboriously write the html myself. I know it must b
able to be derived from the page with the links but I'm having no luc
finding a command or export option that will do this.

In Word, you can insert hyperlinks via the Hyperlink dialog box (Ctrl+K).

Note that it's normal to lose the links if you are actually pasting as
plain text (= text with no formatting).
