Yes you will receive a cd if not how do you want to install it. And for
the manual i don't know but don't think you will receive a big book
with all you can do with infopath

I don't believe there is a manual in the boxed version of InfoPath. This is
pretty standard for most Microsoft products. There are some great books
available through major book resellers - it was a fun day when I saw our
product's book in Barnes & Noble.
