writting a business letter

i need help to do a letter: It says on my work sheet i have to compose a
letter to the members telling them that the club manahement want to offer a
business in the area the opportunity to place an advertisement in our summer
activity handbook. this booklet will be published to residents and visitors
and advertising will help cover the cost.
