/wrkgrp switch on shortcut does not work when 'run as administrato

The following shortcut is to an Access 2002 database
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\MSACCESS.EXE"
"C:\StockControl\CELStockControlV4.mdb" /excl /wrkgrp U:\CEL2002.mdw
It works fine until I use the 'run as administrator' option when I then get
the error
"Microsoft Office Access couldn't find file 'U:\CEL2002.mdw'. This file is
required for Startup".
Does anybody have any idea why, and how can I get round this problem?

You can use the UNC pathname rather than relying on the mapped drive (different users may have it mapped to a different letter).

\\servername\path\filename

Thanks - that's done the trick.
