Wrong account used with meeting request

I have to accounts one PRIVATE (which is the default) and one WORK. When I
set up a meeting request I use the Account button and chose WORK as the
account to send the message with. However, the message is send with my
PRIVATE account and the header in the send email says : meeting, WORK account
on behalf of PRIVATE account. This causes confusion on the recipients side
cause they now see my PRIVATE email address instead of WORK and I don't like
it, because my PRIVATE email is being exposed.
I can work around this issue by temporarily setting the WORK account to
'default', make my meeting request, and switch back 'default' to PRIVATE.
However, this is cumbersome and I wish I could find a better way.
Anybody any ideas?
I'm on Outlook 2007 on a local PC. No Exchange server.
