wrong automatic "From" when using "Send Full Contact" in Outlook 2

When I'm in Contacts, and I right-click any contact to forward the details by
email using "send full contact ..." the resultant email message has a "From"
catagory that contains my email address. The problem is that it's a very old
email address that is no longer valid. How do I change my default "From"
address? That old address doesn't exist in my Contacts. There must be a
user profile somewhere that contains my old email address, and I don't know
where it is or how to change it. Suggestions?

Version of outlook? is it set up as an account in tools, accounts?

Sorry, but "Outlook 2007" was truncated in the Subject of my original message.

There is no account using that old email address. Also, the automatic use
of my outdated email address only occurs when I forward contacts and not at
any other time, to the best of my knowledge.
