Using Outlook and word 97. I have prepared a mail merge which is showing
correct formatting when produced as a document (times new roman for main body
of text and courier for data from data source) . However when sending as an
e-mail the font is changing to arial and I am losing my formatting. I have
changed the font for new e-mails to courier but after merging to e-mail the
font remains arial. Can you advise me how I can address this?
