When I convert a received text email to HTML (via format menu) the
text converts to Times New Roman, 10, NOT the font I have selected for
outgoing HTML messages. The same is true when I reply or forward.
To fix it I have to select all, apply a style other than Normal, then
a apply the Normal style.
Where in the world is Times New Roman coming from?
Settings:
Outlook 2000, Not using Word to edit
When composing a new message: 10 pt. Arial
When replying and forwarding: 10 pt. Arial
When composing and reading plain text: 10 pt. Arial
Thanks
