wrong language in outlook folders...

I have a norwegian version of outlook 2003 with norwegian language. In
addition I have norwegian XP.

Recently I signed up for exchange server with mail2web.com.

In order to use exchange mail I had to download 2 files to set up my
outlook. mail.prf and RPCHTTP.vbs

I followed instructions and deleted my outlook profile before installing
these new files.

to my big shock after installing both files above my inbox, sent folder etc.
was all in English. I dont know why this happend.

I checked office language settings and windows regional settings and they
are all correct (norwegian).

How can I change back to norwegian? What could have gone wrong...
