Wrong name displays

Whenever a particular one of my email contacts sends me an emai, her name, in
the FROM column is that of a different email contact. But her email address
displays properly. In other words, if I have Jack Sprat, John Doe & Jill
Smith in my Contacts, and Jill sends me a message, my inbox shows a message
FROM Jack Sprat, but on the header it shows "Jack Sprat [[email protected]]".
What happened and how do I fix this? (This only happens with this one
contact.) I have looked in every field of Jill's contact card. No luck.

Are jack and Jill associated with each other - coworker, family member etc ?

Look at the message header - does it say 'Jill <[email protected]>' in the
From field or 'Jack <[email protected]>'

The two persons are related (relatives) but they do not share any common
names or even a common email service provider. In the FROM line it will say
Jack Sprat [[email protected]]

Are jack and Jill associated with each other - coworker, family member etc ?

Look at the message header - does it say 'Jill <[email protected]>' in the
From field or 'Jack <[email protected]>'
