Wrong orientation first print output in outlook with HPLJ 5100

Hi fellows

I've have a problem with the first print output in outlook xp. The printer
is HPLJ 5100 with a A3 Tray. It seems to be the wrong orientation even in
the preview of the output. The second try is perfect, but merry-proves
without changing any setting. Also in the second preview everything looks
perfect and print output is also correctly. The Operating System is XP and
Windows 2003 Server.

Driver Version HPLJ 5100 PCL 6 :
4.20.5100.481 DEK 2

Does somebody have any ideas ?
