Wrong ressource appears in ressource assignments view

Hi,

one of my users select the ressource X in the ressource center. When he
clicks on the ressource assignments view, ressource Y appears with all the
tasks assign to ressource Y. If he tries with ressource Z, same thing
happens.

I have personnaly used is laptop and try to repeat the error with my user
and I don't get this error. It seems like it happens only when he logs with
his user.

Is 2003 or 2007?

Have the user log onto PWA on another machine to verify whether it is the
user account or the machine that is causing this strange behavior.

Have you verified this first hand in front of the user or are you taking
their word for it?

Hi Jonathan,

we use Project Server 2007.

The user has log on to another machine. The same problem happened. I saw
it personnaly. I did use his computer with my user and it did not happen.
In my opinion, it the user account.

We cleaned the cache of Internet Explorer and it did not make any
differences. Could it be related to the ActiveX or something like that ?

From the Resource Center, have you made sure to have the user do an
"Actions>Cleare Selected Resource List" so that no resources appear in the
selected list on the right hand side of the screen?

Then select resource X and view assignments?

I have a related experience I am an administrator and I can only see myown
assignments and one other generic resource when I go to the view Assignments.
If I select any other resource I get this message:

"Either this resource has no assignments to display (not true), you do not
have permissions to view this resources assignments, (I am an administrator),
or another user has deleted the selected resource (also not true)

Any Ideas?]
