wrong sender listed when forwarding a message

When forwarding a message, a different sender is listed than sent from even
though the signature is correct

Are you talking about your email accounts or the actual sender of the
original message?

If you mean your accts, which acct received the message? That will be the
forwarding acct.

different account than the account it was sent to me on. However, the message

What version of Outlook? What type of accounts do you have in your profile?
(POP, IMAP, Exchange etc) Which account is the default - the
receiving/signature acct or sending account?
