Wrong Time Entries in Resource Assignment & Portfolio Analyzer Vie

Hi All!

We are having some trouble showing accurate Actual Work Protected
Information in the Resource Assignments View and in the Port. Analyzer View.
The time entries that show are incorrect. Could this be due to Project
Server automatically reallocating times for some reason? Any help on getting
accurate information to display would be greatly appreciated!

Does this problem show up for all projects or is it limited to Administrative
projects?

Reid --

Thanks for the quick reply! This problem shows up for all projects. I
don't believe we have any administrative projects set up at the moment.
Thanks alot for your help!

Not having Admin projects eliminates some potential causes. More
investigation is needed.

Do you know which of the two sources you mention are incorrect? If they're
both incorrect, do they match each other? What sources, if any, of AWP data
do you believe are correct?

I suppose the Cube is up to date.

Best regards,

Also, you can use Portfolio Analyzer to see whether the problem exists for
some or all resources.

Thanks again for your help!

The cube is up to date. At the moment it seems that the Portfolio Analyser
contains correct information for most resources, few have had minor changes.
So that is the most correct out of the two views.

Why is it that the AWP show different values in the portfolio analyser and
the timesheet view? We were hoping to show the AWP for each task, which is
why we are working with the resource assignment view. Hopefully i've
provided enough information. Thanks again, I really appreciate all your
efforts to help me!
