Wrong times in calendar two weeks per year

My OS & Entourage time zones are both set correctly (Eastern US.)
I've entered several recurring calendar events which show correctly
every week except two weeks out of the year. 10/28-11/3/07 and
3/30-4/5/08 all events show an hour later than they should. I've
tried to change them individually, but they don't change. I'm
guessing this has something to do with daylight savings time, but how
do I fix it?

I believe that is the result of daylight savings time being moved two
weeks from its previous timeframe.

Here's some info and the link mentioned below:

Mac OS X has the updates for DST since version 10.5 (Tiger) (current
is 10.8). Mac users running Tiger should use Software Update to
ensure that this update has been applied to your system. Users of
previous versions of Mac OS X should upgrade to the current release,
or adjust their system clocks by hand. All centrally managed Mac
systems have already had the necessary updates applied.

Mac users who connect to Exchange using Entourage will need to apply
the Microsoft Office 2004 for Mac 11.3.3 Update.

I don't see 11.3.3. on this page, but all of the updates are there.

I'm guessing you are using Entourage X.

Support for Office v. X (other than security updates) ended January 9, 2007,
after 5 years. Support for 2001 ended long ago. Even though Apple finally
did provide an update for Panther, Entourage X and 2001 will NOT be upgraded
to support the change.
