Wrong week's day when change Regional settings

Outlook's Calendar shows wrong week's day (exmpl: Sunday 25.May.2009,
instead Monday 25.May.2009) when user's Regional Settings are changed to
Bulgarian.

When regional settings is US - calendar is correct, but when insert
Date/Time in Word document (Bulgarian Date format) the problem appear again.

SP2 of MS office 2007 is aplied also.

Can someone help me
